An opportunity to obtain this rare book published in November 1966. Allen Lane considered this book blasphemous and following disagreement with his Board over its publication of 'Massacre', Lane 'raided' his own warehouse at midnight, and loaded all remaining copies of the book on to a farm wagon, and took them to his farm where they were destroyed. Hence the book is scarce.

Condition grading: Good. Foxing and light creasing to rear cover. Light creasing to spine with reglued damage to bottom. Mark to top of lightly foxed front cover. Pen signature to title page. Binding tight. The photographs form part of the description.
